Purchasing & Supply Chain Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing & Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our global procurement operations, manage suppliers (local & international), coordinate shipments, and ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain processes across multiple product categories.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers
• Manage purchase orders, quotations, and vendor communications
• Coordinate global logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and documentation
• Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Work closely with the operations to meet delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate records, cost sheets, and supply chain documentation
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Requirements
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (UAE experience preferred)
• Experience dealing with international shipping, freight forwarders, and customs
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests with speed and accuracy
• Knowledge of logistics processes (FedEx, DHL, Aramex, freight, incoterms) is a plus
• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 (depending on experience)
