Key Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end global logistics operations, including supplier shipments, intercompany transfers, and customer deliveries
· Plan and execute expedited shipments while balancing urgency, cost, and operational impact
· Optimize freight cost through shipment consolidation, routing decisions, and carrier selection
· Maintain accurate shipment tracking and ETAs to support planning, production, and sales
· Oversee customs clearance and international shipping documentation
· Improve logistics processes, tracking tools, and ERP data accuracy to increase visibility and automation

Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in international logistics or supply chain operations
- Hands-on experience managing air and ocean freight for international shipments
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of shipments, including time-critical expediting
- Experience working in an ERP environment (Sage, Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and follow-through

- Experience optimizing freight spend and negotiating with carriers or freight forwarders
