We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Coordinator with relevant qualifications and experience to support our logistics and warehouse operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, practical warehouse involvement, and experience with UAE logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics, shipments, and deliveries.
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
- Handle and move boxes as part of warehouse operations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs clearing agents.
- Prepare and manage shipping, delivery, and customs documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal procedures.
Requirements:
- Relevant logistics qualification and experience.
- Previous experience working in Dubai and knowledge of Free Zone customs procedures are highly preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable with handling heavy items when required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
