Fifteen Make Up & Beauty is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Executive to support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations within the beauty and consumer goods sector.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, timely product deliveries, and support for ongoing product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage purchase orders, supplier coordination, and shipment follow-ups
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for local and international deliveries
- Support stock planning, inventory control, and replenishment activities
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to logistics, customs, and vendors
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to support product launches
- Assist in product development activities, including coordination with suppliers, sample tracking, timelines, and documentation for new and updated products
Qualifications & Experience- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
- Experience within beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods is preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
