We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the end-to-end logistics process, including shipping, receiving, and transportation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
- Resolve shipping or delivery issues and escalate when necessary.
- Optimize transportation routes and recommend cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Support inventory management and warehouse operations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a logistics specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, shipping regulations, and warehouse management.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
