What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and submitting time-sensitive customs and trade documentation for the French market with accuracy and speed.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between Irish operations and French administrative bodies, agencies, and external partners.
- Identifying and resolving documentation or logistics bottlenecks before they become problems.
- Maintaining accurate, audit-ready digital records in line with European regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent French and English — both written and spoken — is essential.
- A background in logistics, customs, compliance, freight, or shipping administration is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with IT systems and quick to pick up specialist filing or declaration software.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work at pace without sacrificing accuracy.
