Qualifications:ONLY EXPERIENCE IN JEBEL ALI FREE ZONE AND CIGARETTE INDUSTRY APPLICANTS
- Work independently while coordinating and monitoring all import and export shipments by sea and road.
- Handle full processing of Bills of Entry, including: Import to Local from Free Zone, Transit In & out BOE
Local Export and Import BOE
- Communicate effectively with overseas shipping agents and suppliers to resolve import/export shipment issues.
- Negotiate and secure competitive ocean freight rates from local shipping lines, overseas agents, freight forwarders,
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading (BL) Instructions, Pickup Lists, and Load Lists
- Verify and check all import shipment documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and track shipment schedules, ensuring timely updates on ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) for imports and ETDs (Estimated Time of Departure) for exports.
