Job Title : Logistics Operator & Coordinator

Required Qualifications :
● Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, or a related field, preferably supporting high-security or New Product Introduction (NPI)
programs.
● Proven ability to work with a high degree of urgency and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
● Demonstrated competence in inventory control, asset tracking, and utilizing asset
management platform.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact
professionally with internal Google teams and external partners (logistics providers,
suppliers).
● Must be proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Email, Chat, Drive).
● Strong sense of responsibility and security awareness when handling confidential and
high-value materials.
● Must be able to frequently travel from remote office location to 3rd party logistics
provider site at Ireland crossdock facility (Dublin Airport Logistics
Park, St Margaret’s Co Dublin).
● Availability to be on-site at the Clients office in Ireland crossdock facility during critical business
shipping peaks, with flexibility for occasional extended hours during seasonal needs.
● Must be Dangerous Goods trained by vendors, and certified & uphold DG certification.
Core Responsibilities :
● Track and receiving inbound shipments from suppliers
● Monitor ASN file of inbound devices sent from supplier
● Track and store unreleased inventory in dedicated secure storage space and inventory
management tracker
● Manage packaging supplies and materials at crossdock (corrugate, unbranded
box, dunnage, and water-activated and tamper-evident seal tape)
● Apply security tracking devices/labels to outbound shipments
● Manage all device software flashing requests to appropriate assigned device
● Handle all ship request submissions for outbound shipments
● Shipment pack out, label application, ensure same day injection, and coordinate with
dispatch team in compliance with dangerous goods packaging requirements.
● Asset allocation and management in Seeker .
Required Access to Systems / Tools
● Google XWF ldap
● Remote VPN access
● Corp access to Google workspace (for communications via email, chats, doc,
spreadsheets)
● GUTS ticketing (for shipment request function)
● Seeker (for asset management) go/seeker-tvc-doc-access-request
● Tools for manual plug-in flashing
● GOTA “over the air” server (for SW release)
● “Zombie” mode (to flash 40 devices at a time)
● Complete Dangerous goods training
Ad-hoc Tasks
● Device quality checks and communicate any hardware issues
● Handle replacement devices when needed
● Bulk return distribution special projects
Security Considerations
● Unboxing of confidential & unreleased devices going into hands of partners for
additional carrier testing
