Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional for the full-time position of Customs Clearance staff, located on-site at our Dublin IE or Coventry UK depot. In this role, you will manage customs processing, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide accurate documentation for goods moved across borders. Responsibilities include liaising with customs authorities, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations. Attention to detail and managing deadlines are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and compliance
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage detailed documentation
- Proficiency in communication to interact with customs authorities and clients
- Experience in logistics, import/export procedures, or a related field is an advantage
- Proficient IT skills and familiarity with logistics software are beneficial
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Previous experience with customs clearance processes is highly desirable
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work as part of a team
