Area of Responsibility
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory, material handling, and logistics for UAV manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and material flow within a manufacturing or aerospace environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels, optimizing storage systems, coordinating material movement, and maintaining compliance with aviation and industry standards

Main Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
- Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, UAV components, and finished goods.
- Ensure real-time inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock verification, and Odoo ERP updates.
- Implement FIFO and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) inventory management practices.
- Track and manage critical stock levels to prevent shortages and disruptions in UAV production.
Warehouse Organization & Space Optimization
- Maintain an efficient warehouse layout for streamlined material flow and easy accessibility.
- Optimize storage solutions for sensitive components, including PCB assemblies, batteries, avionics, and composite UAV structures.
- Ensure proper labelling, identification, and traceability of all warehouse items using Odoo ERP.
Material Handling & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate internal material transfers to production areas based on assembly schedules.
- Work closely with the Procurement and Production Teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Manage incoming shipments and outgoing dispatches, ensuring compliance with packaging and transport regulations.
- Operate and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment for efficient movement of goods.
Odoo ERP & Documentation Management
- Utilize Odoo ERP for inventory tracking, stock adjustments, material requests, and order processing.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports, stock movements, and supplier deliveries through Odoo ERP.
- Maintain detailed inventory records, shipment logs, and warehouse documentation in the ERP system.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with aviation standards (AS9100, ISO 9001), hazardous material handling, and ESD protection protocols.
- Conduct internal warehouse audits to verify stock accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Work with the Quality Control (QC) team to inspect incoming materials and address non-conformities.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination
- Work with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of UAV components and manufacturing materials.
- Handle incoming material inspections in coordination with the Quality Control (QC) team.
- Communicate with vendors regarding material shortages, damaged goods, and order discrepancies.
Equipment & Safety Management
- Operate and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated storage systems for material handling.
- Conduct routine forklift inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, hazardous material handling, and ESD protection.
- Conduct regular warehouse inspections to identify and mitigate safety risks.
Requirements
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations within aerospace, UAV, or electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory practices.
- Experience working with customs clearance, import/export documentation, and supply chain logistics.
Education/ Skills:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP or similar inventory management systems.
- Experience with warehouse management, material handling, and logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of UAV components, electronic parts, batteries, and composite material handling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with aviation industry regulations (AS9100, ISO 9001), ESD protection, and hazardous material handling.
- Certified forklift operator with experience handling industrial warehouse equipment.
