Role Description
This is a part-time Health Specialist role with a hybrid working model, based in Dubai with some remote work flexibility. The Health Specialist will be responsible for promoting health and wellness within the organization, providing customer service to clients, offering occupational health guidance, and collaborating on health promotion initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include assessing health concerns, providing recommendations, and supporting the overall well-being of program participants and employees.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and participants.
- Proficiency in Occupational Health and Medicine to provide accurate health-related guidance and assessments.
- Experience in Health Promotion to implement and advocate for wellness initiatives.
- Capability to work in a hybrid setup, with strong organizational and self-management abilities.
- A degree in Medicine, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of mentorship program dynamics is a plus.
