About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Fleet & Logistics Coordinator to oversee the daily management of drivers and company vehicles. The role will ensure efficient vehicle allocation, driver scheduling, and the smooth execution of transportation operations while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules of drivers and vehicle assignments.
- Monitor vehicle usage to ensure efficient deployment across operational requirements.
- Track vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition.
- Maintain records of vehicle documentation, licenses, insurance, and registrations.
- Ensure drivers comply with traffic regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate transportation requests and ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Monitor fuel usage and vehicle utilization to improve operational efficiency.
- Investigate and report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues.
- Liaise with internal teams to support transportation and logistics needs.
- Prepare reports related to fleet operations and driver performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience managing drivers, vehicle schedules, and transportation operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and fleet compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
