We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to support our growing manufacturing operations at FAHAM Group.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end import/export shipments from supplier to warehouse
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters
• Handle customs clearance, port processes, and trade compliance
• Prepare and review shipping documentation (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, COO)
• Plan and optimize logistics across GCC markets .
• Support vendor coordination and freight negotiations
• Maintain accurate ERP records (Odoo preferred) and track logistics performance
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams
• Identify process improvements and mitigate logistics risks
Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain
- Experience in logistics companies, freight forwarding is preferred
- Experience handling industrial, project cargo, or raw materials shipments is an advantage
- Strong exposure to UAE and GCC logistics operations (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of: Customs clearance processes ,HS codes and trade compliance , Shipping documentation (B/L, DO, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Good understanding of import/export regulations in GCC
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- High attention to detail and compliance focus
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong coordination and communication skills
