Expeditor/Logistics Officer (Immediate Hiring)

Job Summary:
We urgently seek an **Expeditor/Logistics Officer** with active UAE residence visa who can join immediately. The successful candidate will have proven experience in ADNOC procurement, UAE customs clearance (air/sea/land), and a strong track record in ensuring on-time deliveries. UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
Key Requirements:
✔ Must possess valid UAE residence visa
✔ Available to join immediately (max 2 weeks notice)
✔ UAE driving license (mandatory)
✔ Experience with UAE-based logistics and ADNOC ARIBA Portal
Core Responsibilities:
1. Procurement & Expediting:
- Strictly monitor Purchase Orders for compliance and deadlines
- Verify technical/commercial documents (COC, COO, packing lists, etc.)
- Expedite suppliers daily to prevent delays
2. UAE Customs Expertise:
- Handle full customs clearance process (air/sea/land)
- Resolve customs holds, HS code disputes, duty exemptions
- Coordinate with ADNOC Logistics, Etihad Rail, DP World
3. Last-Mile Logistics:
- Arrange local transport (must drive for site visits when needed)
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries to ADNOC sites
- Troubleshoot delivery issues in real-time
4. Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure 100% compliance with ADNOC logistics standards
- Maintain real-time shipment trackers
- Report weekly KPIs: On-time delivery %, customs clearance time
Technical Skills Required:
- ADNOC Vendor Portal & SAP Ariba module experience
- knowledge of UAE customs regulations
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic preferred)
