Are you an experienced supply chain professional ready to take ownership of logistics, procurement, and inventory operations? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring materials and goods flow efficiently across the business.
In this role, you will coordinate shipments and continuously improve supply chain processes within the organization. Responsible for procuring materials, managing order quantities and pricing, receiving shipments, organizing inventory, forecasting demand, adapting to changes, and resolving supply chain challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities
Logistics (Inbound & Outbound):
- Coordinate up to 15 outbound and 5 inbound shipments monthly.
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries and documentation.
- Resolve shipping issues and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers.
Procurement & Supplier Coordination:
- Source materials and negotiate rates while ensuring high service levels.
- Support forecasting in collaboration with sales to meet changing demand.
- Align supply plans with business forecasts.
Warehouse Operations:
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Oversee quality inspections, reconcile stock reports, and address discrepancies.
- Manage documentation for all warehouse movements.
Compliance & Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams, carriers, certification bodies, and customs authorities.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of overall experience in procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in inventory management within FMCG including warehouse management.
- Experience with customs clearance and regulatory requirements in the UAE and export/import processes and documentation for GCC Region.
- Strong knowledge of UAE logistics and compliance requirements.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems.
- Familiarity with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive smart decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language will be a plus)
