We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team!
Location: UAE
Experience: 2-4 years in logistics, shipments, and warehouse management
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track shipments & deliveries
- Manage inventory & shipping documents
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers & customers
- Handle customs (E-Mirsal 1 & 2), MOFIC, BOE VAT filing
- Freight booking (Sea/Air/Land – DHL, Aramex, UPS, etc.)
Requirements:
- UAE logistics experience (2-4 years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & logistics software
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Knowledge of Dubai Chamber Certificate & supply chain basics
