Air & Sea Freight Coordinator – Immediate Joiner | UAE Expertise Required

At Cargo Connections, we specialize in seamless global shipping solutions. From delicate air cargo to large sea containers, our team ensures every shipment moves efficiently. We’re expanding our operations in the UAE and need an Air & Sea Freight Coordinator who lives and breathes freight forwarding.
Your Role
You will be the go-to expert for both airfreight and sea freight operations, handling everything from bookings to final delivery:
- Airfreight:
- Coordinate space bookings with airlines and consolidators
- Prepare and audit AWBs, customs declarations, and airline invoices
- Track air cargo in real time and resolve any flight delays, re-routing, or hold issues
- Seafreight:
- Arrange FCL/LCL bookings with carriers and NVOCCs
- Issue bills of lading, sea waybills, and related port documentation
- Liaise with port terminals, shipping agents, and inland transporters
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Compile commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and special permits
- Ensure all shipments meet UAE customs and international regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and update our TMS/ERP system
- Client & Vendor Coordination:
- Serve as primary contact for customers, carriers, and agents
- Proactively communicate shipment status and handle exceptions
- Negotiate rates and contracts with service providers
Who You Are
- 2–3 years’ UAE experience in both air and sea freight forwarding (mandatory)
- Deep knowledge of Incoterms, airway bills (AWB), bills of lading (BL), and customs procedures
- Strong problem-solver who thrives under tight timelines
- Excellent communicator in English
- Available for immediate start
