EGMA is looking for a Logistics Manager to lead the Logistics Division.
You’ll manage a fleet of 50+ vehicles, ensure timely UAE-wide deliveries, and oversee international shipment operations. If you're process-driven, results-oriented, and experienced in end-to-end logistics for manufacturing, this is your chance to take the lead in optimizing supply and delivery operations across borders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all logistics activities for the 24-hour Optical lens manufacturing department.
- Manage a 50+ vehicle fleet across all shifts, ensuring route optimization and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate daily UAE deliveries and oversee international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight handling.
- Align logistics operations with production and dispatch cycles in a 24/7 environment.
- Monitor OTIF (On-Time In-Full), transportation cost metrics, and fleet utilization rates.
- Oversee warehouse and dispatch team for labeling, packing, and night-shift readiness.
- Optimize fleet tracking and routing systems to support 24-hour operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of logistics experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience handling fleet logistics in a 24-hour manufacturing setup
- In-depth knowledge of UAE transportation regulations and global shipping
