Miruna is a rising women’s fashion brand committed to elegance, efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to streamline our supply chain operations and ensure flawless inventory and shipping processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage stock levels and update inventory systems regularly
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics and internal teams to handle orders, shipping, and delivery
• Prepare and process shipments in line with client and internal requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse
• Monitor warehouse safety and efficiency
• Generate shipment documentation and reports as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with inventory software or warehouse management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
