We are currently hiring for the role of Logistics Executive – Import & Export for one of our clients in the fashion and sports retail sector based in the applying country.
This position plays a critical role in coordinating international shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting seamless movement of goods across global supply chains.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end import and export operations
- Preparing and verifying shipping and customs documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
- Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and UAE authorities
- Tracking international shipments and ensuring timely clearance & delivery
- Handling HS code classification, duty exemptions, and Incoterm compliance
- Updating shipment trackers and generating logistics performance reports
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in import/export logistics, preferably in fashion, FMCG, or retail
- Strong knowledge of local customs regulations (JAFZA, DAFZA, Dubai Customs)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP, or logistics systems like SAP, Oracle, WMS
