Our client, a leading player in the fashion and sports sector, is seeking an Senior Logistics (Import & Export) Specialist to manage end-to-end logistics and ensure the smooth flow of goods across global supply chains, supporting both retail and wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full cycle of import/export operations for fashion and sports products.
- Prepare and verify shipping, customs, and compliance documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, Certificate of Conformity, etc.).
- Track international shipments, ensure timely clearance, and resolve delays proactively.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and transport partners.
- Ensure compliance with country customs and international trade regulations.
- Maintain shipment records, HS code classifications, and audit-ready documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers and warehouse teams for scheduling, delivery, and inventory updates.
- Monitor costs, lead times, and update shipment trackers and reports.
This role is key to ensuring timely delivery of goods and seamless coordination across global and local supply chains.
