Customs Clearance Officer | UAE
Nejoum Al Jazeera is looking for a Customs Clearance Officer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customs clearance procedures in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
* Prepare, verify, and submit documentation for import/export shipments.
* Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
* Ensure timely processing of clearances and resolve any related issues.
* Provide excellent support and communication to clients regarding shipment status.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customs clearance within the UAE.
* Strong knowledge of UAE customs regulations and port procedures.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
* Valid customs license/certification is preferred.
