Job Purpose
This role is responsible for executing tasks related to quality and process management frameworks. This role focuses on conducting initial quality audits, collecting and analyzing quality data, supporting improvement initiatives, and enhancing process efficiency.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in development of comprehensive policies, processes, and systems management framework in coordination with the Business units, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and compliance.
- Support the execution and improvement of the organizational process maturity in PCFC periodically.
- Implement the process improvement cycle based on best practices and approved standards.
- Implement comprehensive policies, processes, and systems for quality management aligned with organizational strategies.
- Conduct quality improvement plans and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across PCFC.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international standards requirements and stay updated on best practices and new standards in quality management.
- Prepare the process and Quality audit plans and make sure to publish it for all concerned departments and make sure that they are well prepared for the audit.
- Execute the quality management systems audit plan after the coordination with the business units and prepare the audit report with the findings and observations, compliance, and address non-conformities.
- Follow up the implementation of corrective actions based on Quality and Process audit outcomes with business units.
- Measure and review key process performance indicators, driving effectiveness, efficiency, and streamlining operations in coordination with business units.
- Measure the effectiveness of quality management systems through audits, reviews, and assessments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collect the data to identify trends, and report on performance against quality metrics.
- Assist in document, catalog, and report of quality and process management systems and audit outcomes, developing and implementing corrective and improvement plans.
- Conduct the external researches to benchmark against global best practices in quality management, adopting and integrating new standards as necessary.
- Prepare periodic reports that highlightes progress and achievements and rais it to the line manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent.
Excellent knowledge of governance principles and good practices in the public sector or a relevant field.
2-3 years of experience within relevant field
Arabic Speaker is a Must
