Job Title: Back Office Agent – Supply Chain & Logistics
Location: Casablanca, Morocco
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with international suppliers regarding orders, shipping, and documentation.
- Accurately follow up on the end-to-end supply chain process from purchase to delivery.
- Track shipments, prepare required documentation, and ensure timely customs clearance.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipping schedules, and supplier communications.
- Support management in optimizing supply chain efficiency and cost control initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in international trade, supply chain, or logistics is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Note : This position need relocation for Morocco.
