About the Role
The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, vendor coordination, logistics, documentation, and inventory control. The role ensures the timely delivery of materials, cost optimization, and compliance with company quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the timely procurement of materials and services.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.
- Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation, manufacturing progress, and delivery schedules.
- Review and verify supplier invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for domestic and international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms, customs regulations, and export/import documentation.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate supply chain records, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Support inspection activities such as FAT, NDT, and quality audits when required.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, finance, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Handle supplier performance evaluation and resolve supply-related issues.
Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (projects, production, finance) to align procurement and supply chain operations.
- Generate reports on supplier performance, cost savings, inventory levels, and logistics status.
- Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of international logistics, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EPC, clean technology, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Understanding of quality documentation and inspection processes.
