Role Description
This full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant in Air & Sea Freight Forwarding is based in Dubai. The Operations Assistant will focus on managing the daily operations related to Air & Sea freight forwarding, Import customs clearance, coordinating with the airlines-Calogi, shipping lines, Dubai Trade, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with logistics processes, and providing support in areas such as shipment documentation, client communication, and operational problem-solving. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 6 to 1 years of Dubai experience, proficiency in Operations and Operations Management, with the ability to handle air and sea freight processes effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess logistics scenarios and solve problems efficiently.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding sector is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of customs clearance processes and documentation is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant educational background in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
