Role Description
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The Logistics Coordinator will oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain activities. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining vendor and supplier relationships, and optimizing logistics processes. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills to monitor logistics performance, evaluate data, and develop process improvements.
- Strong communication skills and customer service expertise to liaise effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain management practices.
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in fashion or garment-related logistics is advantageous.
