Job Summary:
We are hiring a Dubai Customs Clearance Clerk cum Doc Runner for our JAFZA office. The ideal candidate must have experience in Dubai customs clearance processes, be capable of handling inspections and clearance, and be familiar with key UAE locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customs clearance procedures, including physical interaction with Dubai customs authorities.
- Assist in customs inspections and ensure compliance with clearance requirements.
- Transport and submit necessary documents to relevant authorities.
- Ensure timely processing of shipments and clearance approvals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Stay updated on UAE customs regulations and procedural changes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai customs clearance.
- Experience in handling customs inspections and clearance processes.
- Strong knowledge of UAE locations, particularly Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints.
