Coordinating In/Outbound shipments for assigned Clients, to ensure agreed KPI’s are met and In/Outbound activities are processed in timely and organized manners. Creating required documentations for In/Outbound shipments. Providing KPI and other performance measurements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and manage inbound / outbound orders in accordance with in/outland KPI’s for assigned Client.
- Define priorities and schedule inbound & outbound volume together with other departments (WH, etc.).
- Update on order status at least once a day.
- Report on stock level, backorders, stock movement, ageing report and any other reports as required by the Customer.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of shipments information.
- Create/correct SKUs, Consignees, Suppliers info in SAP WMS.
- Allocate orders in accordance with special requirements from the customer
- Analyze actual shipments results.
- Coordinate with WH supervisor on priority of orders picking.
- Coordinate for documentation and shipments, for reconciliation of discrepancies in shipments.
- Coordinate with customer on replenishment orders and back orders shipments.
- Coordinate with finance department on order shipments and the back order processed.
- Create / correct price list for each consignee; Ensure billing towards customer is accurate.
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence required for clearing shipments.
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of shipping requirements and documents.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with government authorities and supplier parties to overcome Clearance problems
- Report customs clearance issues, problems and recommendations to customs clearance assistant manager on weekly basis.
- Follow up on customs clearance agent proceedings.
- Ensure proper delivery of shipments to the main warehouses or direct customers.
Requirements :
- CS - Customs & Clearance experience in Logistics & warehousing company
- Industry experience of minimum 5 years
- MS Office, WMS, SAP ERP, Demand Planning Software
