eMagine are hiring for a global logistics company who are scaling up their operation in the UAE.
This is a hands-on, proactive role suited to someone with a hunter mentality, a natural curiosity for supply chain and freight, and the ability to open doors with mid to large-sized clients.
You will be focused on identifying new opportunities in freight forwarding, 3PL, customs clearance, and logistics solutions across sectors. You’ll be expected to reach out to prospects, book meetings, attend client briefings, and track opportunities from first contact through to close.
You’ll be supported by a strong operational and customer service team, but this role is about developing the commercial pipeline, so confidence in cold outreach, solution selling, and account mapping is essential.
Key responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify leads across the UAE logistics and trade ecosystem
• Initiate contact via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking events
• Book meetings with target clients and attend alongside the Sales Director
• Present the company’s capabilities and tailor solutions to client needs
• Follow up consistently and track deal progress in CRM
• Collaborate with marketing on outreach and collateral where needed
Ideal candidate:
• Based in Dubai with existing networks in logistics or freight
• Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in the logistics or transport sector
• Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
• Target-driven and self-motivated, with a clear understanding of the sales cycle
• Comfortable with KPIs, reporting, and CRM tools
