- Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Pharmaceuticals)
We are looking for an organized Logistics Coordinator to manage our pharmaceutical supply chain. The role involves preparing RFQs, handling shipping documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing warehouse operations.
1. Manage inbound and outbound logistics.
2. Prepare and send RFQs to suppliers.
3. Schedule and track shipments.
4. Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies.
5. Manage shipping documents and Insurance.
6. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
7. Maintain orders and inventory records in logistic software and assist in stock control.
8. Assist with logistics budgeting and cost tracking.
9. Collaborate with internal departments for seamless operations.
10. Supervise warehouse maintenance, security and inspection by authorities.
11. Manage staff schedules and HR-related tasks.
12. Prepare MIS reports on purchases and deliveries.
- Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics is preferred.
2. 2–5 years of experience in logistics coordination.
3. Knowledge of logistics, warehouse procedures, transportation, and customs regulations.
4. Proficient in MS Office and logistics software.
5. Good communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Familiarity with Incoterms and trade documentation.
