Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced International Trip Support Specialist to join our Dubai-based operations team. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing the full scope of international flight support operations, with a key focus on the Middle East and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage international flight logistics: permits, slots, ground handling, customs, and fueling
- Coordinate directly with global aviation authorities, FBOs, and third-party providers
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all regions, especially within the Middle East and Asia
- Monitor trips in real time and respond to any operational disruptions or urgent client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate records of flight details, communications, and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international trip support or a similar aviation operations role
- Extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern and Asian aviation regulations and logistics
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in aviation software platforms and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in aviation, business, or related field preferred
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
