Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in import and export operations, especially exporting to GCC countries and importing from China, Europe, and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle import/export logistics.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
- Handle all documentation required for customs clearance.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant logistics experience.
- Strong knowledge of GCC export procedures and international import regulations.
- Experience dealing with suppliers in China, Europe..etc.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with logistics software is a plus.
- Must be available to join immediately.
