Key Responsibilities:
Market Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute the UAE’s sales strategy to achieve market share targets (B2B & B2C), focusing on retail chains, e-commerce, and distributor networks.
- Analyze local consumer trends and competitor landscape (e.g., Dyson, Xiaomi, Philips, Siemens) to identify growth opportunities.
Team & Partner Leadership:
- Build and manage a local sales team (or Agent Team), ensuring alignment with Dreame’s global objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with key accounts and distributors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with local regulations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with HQ marketing to adapt campaigns for UAE consumers (e.g., Ramadan/Eid promotions, localized social media).
- Liaise with the supply chain to optimize inventory and logistics (e.g., customs clearance, warehousing in Istanbul).
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor regulatory requirements (e.g., CE/TSE certifications, import tariffs) and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 5+ years in sales leadership roles within 3C/home appliances in Turkey (preferred employers: Arçelik, Vestel, Philips, LG, or multinational FMCG/tech brands).
- Proven track record of scaling revenue (€10M+ annually) and managing distributor networks.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Fluent English (written/spoken).
- Deep understanding of UAE retail landscape (e.g., offline retailers, marketplace dynamics).
- Familiarity with local business practices and import/export regulations.
Cultural Fit:
- An entrepreneurial mindset to navigate a high-growth market.
- Willingness to travel frequently within UAE and to HQ (China/Europe).
