JOB TITLE
Logistic, Invoicing and Credit Collection Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities ( Logistic, Invoicing and Credit Collection Specialist)
- logistics co-ordination
- To coordinate with logistics company and sub-supplier for the delivery schedule inclusive air and sea freights.
- To prepare the necessary shipping documents (Shipping Invoice/Packing List/Country of Origin etc)
- To monitor the progress of each manufacturing and shipping status and update with the clients.
- invoicing & debt collection services
- To prepare the invoice calculation subject to the payment milestones / project status
- To issue the invoice and submit the client
- To monitor the invoice due date and proactive follow up to the client
QUALIFICATION
- Related experience in logistic, invoicing and credit collection is advantage.
- Know-how of international trading inclusive incoterms, custom and financing is advantage
- Willingness to learn and can work under pressure with minimal super vision is a plus.
- Must maintain high morale to solve problems and encourage relevant parties to do so on their own initiative. (It is particularly important to have a mindset that does not just perform tasks and then leave them unattended, but takes responsibility for each task until it is completed at the appropriate time).
- Keen to details specially in documentations is desirable.
Skills
- Project management skills to monitor the each progress (Shipping, delivery and project status) to take proactive actions.
- High-communication skills with the concerned parties internally/logistics companies/clients/sub-suppliers to build the relationship and
- Office Soft Skills (Excel file, Word file, Power point at least)
- Time management skills
- S ales negotiations skills – executive support with customers and delivery of orders (face-to-face and online meetings with customers)
- A bility to communicate, coordinate, hold meetings and give instructions to relevant departments both internally and externally is essential.
