Responsibilities: Handle Dubai customs related jobs. Co-ordination with customs for shipment inspections whenever required.
- Submit export/exit documents to Dubai customs on time.
- Handling export shipment documentation. Processing export bill, transfer of ownership documents.
- Process temporary admission documents, arranging shipment inspection.
- Co-ordination with shipping lines, forwarders for bill of lading, freight invoices.
- Co-ordination with Dubai Chamber of Commerce for certificate of origin.
- Keeping records and filing of all logistics documentation
