Our Dubai workshop is dedicated to high-performance tuning, servicing, and precision engineering, and we take great pride in delivering cars to our clients in immaculate condition.
To maintain our world-class standards, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, logistics, supplier relationships, and the import/export of both performance parts and vehicles, ensuring smooth and compliant operations across borders.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our sourcing, supply chain operations, and logistics. You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of performance parts and materials into our Dubai workshop, supporting the precision engineering and tuning of some of the world’s most exclusive vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with Infinit Performance’s operational goals
- Manage end-to-end procurement, from sourcing to negotiating supplier contracts
- Oversee logistics for importing/exporting vehicles and high-performance parts, ensuring compliance with UAE customs regulations
- Maintain optimal stock levels and improve inventory control systems
- Collaborate with engineering and workshop teams to forecast demand and ensure timely availability of critical parts
- Identify efficiency improvements to reduce costs and lead times
- Mitigate risks by evaluating vendor reliability and strengthening global supply networks
Requirements
✔ Must Reside in the UAE
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
✔ 5+ years experience in supply chain, ideally in the automotive or performance engineering sector
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE customs and international shipping procedures
✔ Proven ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships
✔ Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
✔ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
✔ Passion for supercars, hypercars, and the automotive industry is a plus
