Key Responsibilities:
- Emergency Response Management: Provide on-site assistance in managing traffic accident sensuring immediate response actions are carried out efficiently
- Assist in post-incident procedures, including documentation,processing claims, and coordinating with traffic police.Ensure that safety protocols and local regulations are adhered to during emergency handling.
- Coordination with Local Authorities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with loca administrative authorities, particularly the Dubai Police Department and RTA.
- Actively reach out and engage with relevant officials to stay informed on regulatory changes and best practices in vehicle management.
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams andlocal authorities to address any vehicle-related issues.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all traffic-related incidents and outcomes,ensuring proper documentation for claims andcompliance purposes.
- Prepare and submit reports regarding emergency responsesincidents, and interactions with authorities.
- Other tasks assigned by the management
Qulifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience with Dubai Police or RTA (including auxiliary/non-regular roles) is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of local social dynamics and customs in Dubai is a plus.
- Fluent in English
