What are we expecting from you?
Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all valuables and non-valuables movements across the Middle East network, ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and full compliance with Maison and Group standards. You will act as a key partner to commercial, logistics, and client experience teams, driving seamless execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all operational activities. To that extent, you will:
- Lead and coordinate key operational projects, including market integrations, trade flows, and process enhancements, in alignment with Richemont and Maison teams
- Oversee sales administration for internal and external boutiques, ensuring accurate stock transfers, invoicing, partner database management, and end-client order follow-up
- Support Events, CRM, VM, and Client Experience teams with logistics guidance and compliance coordination, including High Jewelry movements within the region
- Ensure operational compliance and best practices for transport, customs clearance, and storage across GCC countries, India, and Türkiye
- Drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization through analysis, reporting, and collaboration with logistics and IT teams
- Prepare and monitor operational dashboards, invoicing reports, and logistics performance indicators to ensure visibility and efficiency
