We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate all logistics, warranty, repairs/returns, cores management and support related to critical parts and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless supply chain performance, efficient inventory flow, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations
• Manage inventory, audits, and material flow accuracy
• Oversee transportation, customs, distribution, drop shipments & trans-shipments
• Build strong relationships with freight forwarders, couriers and vendors
• Ensure compliance with all applicable logistics and industry regulations
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Lead and mentor the logistics team
• Manage budgets and cost-control measures
• Analyze logistics KPIs for decision-making
• Collaborate with Accounts, Sales & Procurement teams
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Aviation / automobile / related field
• 6+ years’ experience in logistics management (aviation / automobile or related sectors)
• Experience with aviation ERP systems, MRO processes & material flow
• Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Monday to Friday – Work from Office & Saturday – Work from Home
