Gallega Logistics is currently hiring a HR Business Partner in Dubai.
Role Purpose
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for overseeing and leading the complete HR function for Gallega Logistics, acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and ensuring people strategy, workforce planning, and HR governance are fully aligned with operational and commercial objectives.
This role requires a hands-on, commercially minded HR leader with strong exposure to 3PL / logistics environments, capable of supporting fast-paced, operationally intensive businesses with a large frontline workforce..
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with Operations, Warehouse, Transport, and Fleet leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
Support manpower planning, productivity optimization, and workforce cost control in line with operational volumes.
Provide HR insights and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
Workforce Planning & Talent Management
Lead workforce planning for peak and non-peak cycles (seasonality, ramp-ups, new contracts).
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support high-volume hiring for warehouse staff, drivers, supervisors, and planners.
Support succession planning and internal mobility for critical operational roles.
Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
Manage employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Act as the first point of contact for line managers on HR policies and employee matters.
Performance Management
Drive performance management cycles for operational and support teams.
Support managers in setting measurable KPIs aligned to SLA, productivity, safety, and cost targets.
Coach managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and corrective actions.
Learning & Capability Development
Identify capability gaps within operations teams and coordinate targeted training programs.
Support leadership development for supervisors, warehouse managers, and transport leads.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Compensation, Rewards & Engagement
Support salary reviews, promotions, incentives, and overtime frameworks aligned with logistics benchmarks.
Partner with HR CoEs to implement engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
Support change management initiatives during restructuring, automation, or new contract onboarding.
HR Operations & Systems
Ensure accurate employee data, contracts, and documentation in HR systems.
Support HR audits, ISO requirements, and compliance reporting.
Drive adoption of HR systems and standard HR processes across operational sites.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) preferred
Experience
10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years as an HRBP or Human Resources Manager/HR Head.
Mandatory experience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain
Strong exposure to blue-collar and frontline workforce management
Experience in multi-site, high-volume, operational environments
