We’re Hiring – Customer Service Representative, focus on Demand Planning/Order Fulfilment & analysis (Pharma Industry)

We’re looking for a mid-senior level team member to join our international pharmaceutical supply chain function, supporting sales administration, planning, and operational execution for key accounts and partners in over 100 countries.
This role offers end-to-end visibility across the supply chain with a focus on customer service excellence, demand forecasting, financial analysis, and Order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
01 Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Coordinate the Demand planning / Customer service Planning process across designated markets.
- Collect, challenge, and consolidate market forecasts.
- Monitor demand trends, identify anomalies, and drive corrective actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply, inventory, and forecast accuracy
02 Order fulfilment Ownership
- Manage the full “order book” lifecycle from order intake to invoicing
- Ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) order fulfilment
- Maintain clear communication with customers on delivery status and issues
03 Data Analytics & Financial Performance Insight of Order Fulfilment and Planning
- Collect, analyse, and report data related to demand planning, inventory, and supply chain Customs Service / Order fulfilment KPIs
- Leverage tools like Power BI to build and maintain dashboards (e.g. fill rate, forecast accuracy, stock availability)
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data-driven recommendations
- Conduct financial analysis on cost-to-serve, inventory trends, and sales forecasts
- Develops reports with actionable insights for strategic decision-making
04 Customer & Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and commercial partners
- Ensure transparency, service reliability, quick customer response time and timely issue resolution
- Promote high levels of customer satisfaction and trust
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in demand planning, order fulfillment, or customer service
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, ideally with experience in reporting or forecasting
- Having financial and supply chain experience (or background) a plus
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and Excel
- Exposure to pharmaceutical operations or GDP regulations is a plus
- Effective communicator and collaborator across functions
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
