What you’ll do
- Manage vehicle order records and maintain forward order plans
- Coordinate monthly order commitments with the manufacturer
- Handle new vehicle delivery registration (NVDR), including subsidy and volume bonus claims
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts for manufacturer, sales, and finance teams
- Maintain accurate master data, cost build-ups, DMS codes, and vehicle specifications
- Oversee port clearance, customs documentation, and related payments
- Process finance invoices and ensure timely payments
- Manage stock reporting and vehicle reporting with zero errors
- Support e-commerce platforms with pricing, specifications, and stock availability
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer processes and internal SOPs
Who you are
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong data accuracy skills
- Proficient in DMS and MS Excel
- Experienced in automotive order management, reporting, and financial coordination
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (manufacturer, finance, customs, operations)
- Proactive, process-driven, and able to meet tight timelines
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
