Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Logistics Specialist at STADA MENA (GETM Cluster), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of products from suppliers to customers. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Area of Responsibility
- Oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to distribution points.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to optimize routes and minimize costs.
- Implement and maintain efficient logistics procedures to meet delivery timelines.
- Prepares shipping documents and coordinates outbound delivery arrangements
- Maintains logistics-related data in SAP B1 and LO including documentation status and delivery
- Coordinates validation of Letter of Credit clauses and communication with banks
- Ensures compliance with IFRS revenue recognition requirements
- Ensures proper temperature conditions for compliant product transportation
- Uploads all Shipping Documents on Sharepoint and maintains the right level of compliance to these document
- Ensures all logistics documentation complies with internal and regulatory standards and all shipping documents are issued In a timely manner
- Issues STADA MENA invoice
- Validates compliance with IFRS revenue recognition requirements
- Issues Undertaking Letters as needed

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree and/or certificates in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience logistics roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
