We are recruiting an 'Import Logistics Coordinator' for one of our clients, who is a leading consumer electronics company based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
 - Process incoming purchase orders efficiently and accurately
 
- Monitor ongoing shipments and coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery
 
- Review and resolve any discrepancies related to Letters of Credit
 
- Maintain comprehensive records of all current and upcoming shipments
 
- Liaise with product and export management teams to ensure orders are processed according to specifications and deadlines
 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping companies, addressing any service-related issues promptly
 
- Coordinate with banks to ensure the timely processing of Letters of Credit
 
 
Requirements
 - MBA in Logistics, B.Com, or Diploma in International Trade 
 
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in import logistics
 
- Strong understanding of shipping procedures
 
- Solid knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) processes
 
- Proficiency in MS Excel
