Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team for our construction projects in the Dubai, UAE. The role will be at site, supporting all projects coordination in the large-scale construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment to all project’s sites.
- Arrange transportation, accommodations, and documentation for all staff and workers.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate records of movements, permits, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory logistics standards.
- Report daily/weekly logistics activities and updates to the management.
- Manage, and coordinate construction teams and activities across all projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive U.A.E experience of 5-7 years in construction management, including major projects.
- Transportation and materials management across sites.
- Experienced in managing with supplier activities (loading / offloading).
