Logistics Coordinator
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation management systems and MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders received from the Sales Department promptly and accurately.
• Organize and schedule deliveries to ensure timely dispatch of products.
• Coordinate with the production team to align delivery schedules with production timelines.
• Arrange transportation and logistics for delivery to customers.
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to optimize inventory and delivery processes
