Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to manage the full logistics operations for our mobile shipments, including inbound and outbound movements, customs clearance, inventory control, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate will ensure all shipments are delivered accurately and on time, while maintaining proper stock levels and documentation. This role requires excellent coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills to support smooth operational flow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound logistics for company shipments (mobiles and related products).
* Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
* Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs for timely shipment clearance.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock reconciliations.
* Implement and monitor warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.
* Track shipment status and resolve any transportation or delivery issues.
* Prepare shipment and inventory reports for management.
* Support procurement in planning deliveries and replenishments.
* Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of UAE import/export regulations and customs procedures is a must.
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
* Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory systemsmand documentation procedures.
* Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (experience with Odoo, SAP, or similar is a plus).
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
