We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support our buying and merchandising function, with a strong focus on logistics and shipment management.
THE ROLE WILL OVERSEE:
- Raising and tracking purchase orders for both multi-brand and private label vendors
- Coordinating with factories in China and suppliers to confirm PO details, shipping schedules, and documentation
- Monitoring inbound shipments, resolving delays or discrepancies, and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintaining accurate PO, shipment, and stock records in Zoho and related systems
- Preparing regular reports on shipment status and logistics performance for the merchandising team

- 2-3 year’s experience in logistics, supply chain, or merchandise operations
- Familiarity with international shipping processes, customs documentation, and freight coordination
- Strong system knowledge (Zoho or similar merchandise/logistics management tools)
- Solid Excel skills with the ability to manage large data volumes
- Experience working with international vendors or factories, ideally within fashion or retail
- Ambition to grow in merchandise operations, logistics, or supply chain management
