We’re seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our logistics execution, team coordination, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across freight forwarding, customs clearance, and supply chain coordination
- Manage shipment tracking, documentation, and regulatory compliance for air, sea, and land cargo
- Supervise and train operations staff, ensuring punctuality, accuracy, and audit readiness
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Implement and refine SOPs, checklists, and operational protocols
- Monitor vendor performance, warehouse activities, and transport schedules
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation for internal and external review
- Liaise with authorities, partners, and clients to resolve operational issues professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the UAE or GCC
- Strong knowledge of multimodal freight processes and customs regulations
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Proficient in shipment tracking systems, documentation tools, and operational software
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and committed to compliance
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
